terms.

1. What you are buying. A finished website built to the spec we agree on in writing (text or email counts). Pages, sections, and features are listed before the order is confirmed. Anything not listed is a change request.
2. Turnaround. The site goes live 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, which means the price is paid and the content I asked for (photos, hours, services, contact details) is in hand. Days waiting on content do not count.
3. Payment. One price, paid once, before launch. Venmo, card, or check. No monthly fee is ever required to keep the site online.
4. Ownership. When the site is live and paid, the files, the code, and the design are yours. I keep a copy so I can fix things if you ask. You can move the site to any host at any time and I will hand over the files.
5. Your domain. You register the domain in your own name, in an account you control, and you renew it yourself. I point the site at it and can walk you through registration. I do not hold domains for clients.
6. Hosting. The site is hosted on a service I set up in your name or mine, at no monthly charge from me. If that service ever changes its free tier, I tell you before anything goes offline.
7. Updates. One free round of changes a few months after launch, all requests at once. After that, changes are billed at $35 to $50 an hour depending on the size of the task, quoted before the work starts. An optional monthly care plan is available and never required.
8. How the work gets made. I use AI tools to draft, code, and check the work, and I review everything myself before it ships. Copy in your voice is edited with you. Nothing goes live in your name that you have not seen.
9. What I do not promise. No search ranking, traffic number, or lead count is guaranteed by me or by anyone honest. I build the site to be found and set up the listing and Search Console correctly. What Google does after that is Google's.
10. Your content. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, and text you give me. Reviews and client names go on the site only with permission.
11. Refunds. If I cannot deliver the agreed spec, you get your money back. If you change your mind after launch, the site is still yours and the price stands.
12. Member rates. If I built your site, office support is 50% off for the first 3 months, then the full rate we agreed on. If you are on office support, a site build comes at a member rate I quote before the work starts. One membership, both directions.
13. Where this lives. EpochSEO is a product of Epoch OS LLC, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and these terms follow Michigan law. If we ever disagree, we talk first.
