Why I build before you pay
You should not have to imagine it.
Most people are asked to buy a promise. I would rather hand you the product you already had in your own head, "live and sandboxable," hopefully even better than you pictured it, and let it make a value case for itself.
Doing the build first does three things:
- It demonstrates competency instead of claiming it. A bit of show and tell.
- It builds trust. What EpochSEO puts out first is never the final version. I take your recommendations and criticism seriously, and we get to the finish line together.
- It makes the decision painless. The quality is in front of you, priced at market or cheaper. If something is off, we talk it through.

- I build the site first. Finished, live, at a real address, on your name. Not a mockup, not a slide deck.
- You own it. One price. The site, the code, and your domain stay yours. Live and submitted to Google before I call it done.

A live, to-spec website. Simple $650, Standard $1,000, EpochSEO Plus $1,500+. One price, paid once. The site, the code, and your domain are yours.

3 to 5 pages: home, services, about, contact, pricing if you list it. Mobile-first. Titles and descriptions written for search.
Standard$1,000
Up to 10 pages. Gallery, quote form, Google Business Profile set up and linked, a look at your CRM.
EpochSEO Plus$1,500+
No page cap. Everything in Standard plus copy for the whole site in your voice and a Search Console handoff.
- Your domain, your account. You register it in your own name and renew it yourself. I point the site at it. If you do not have one yet, I walk you through it in ten minutes.
- Updates. One free round of changes a few months in, every request at once. After that, changes run $35 to $50 an hour depending on the size of the task, quoted before the work starts.
- Optional care plan. If you want me on call for edits and monitoring, we set a monthly rate together. It is never required to keep the site up.
- Already on office support. Your site build comes at a member rate. Ask and I quote it before the work starts.
